Get pre-approved for a mortgage by a Bank or Lending Institution. Have a budget ready when shopping for a house.
Step 2: Book an Appointment
Pre-approved & Ready to Move on?
Schedule a meeting with one of our consultants to discuss a design that will best suit you and your family’s needs.
Step 3: Choose a Lot
Thinking about location?
Choose a Lot from the available locations that best suit your needs. Have your own land - no problem, we can also build on your land.
Step 4: Pay Holding Fee
Ready to start your process with us?
Pay the Holding Fee of $2500-$5000 to secure a Lot & have plans drafted. Receive your Offer Letter with the proposed house design and land chosen.
Step 5: Apply for a Mortgage
What is the next step?
Carry our offer into the Lending Institution to get started with your Mortgage application.
Step 6: Sign Contracts
Mortgage Approved?
Once your mortgage is approved and you have secured an attorney to act on your behalf. The next step would be to sign the contract agreements & the 10% deposit will be required at this stage.
Step 7: Ready to Start Building
10% Deposit paid & House ready to start?
At this point, we will have a consultation to discuss all of the house finishes & any other necessary information.
We will commence construction - leave the rest up to us!
